Tactical FPV Build & Fly CourseFLAGSHIP
The course starts on the ground. Students get an overview of every component on the aircraft and see how small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) are being used on today's battlefield. A soldering class follows, and then they begin assembling their own drone. With the build underway, they are introduced to CAD modeling and then 3D printing. From there, students practice obstacle avoidance and close-quarters navigation, and the course finishes with a culminating exercise.
